Terms of Service – Booth Me Up

Welcome to Booth Me Up. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Overview

Booth Me Up provides photo booth hire services for events across NSW. Services may include equipment hire, delivery, setup, attendants, and photo capture.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
  • Final payment must be received by the due date stated in your invoice or booking confirmation.
  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (less the deposit).
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues), we reserve the right to reschedule or refund at our discretion.

4. Use of Equipment

  • Customers must ensure the booth is used responsibly and kept in a safe environment.
  • Any damage or loss caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the customer.
  • For self-serve packages, the customer is responsible for transport, setup, and return of the equipment in the condition it was received.

5. Photo Use and Privacy

  • Photos taken may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • We respect your privacy and follow Australian privacy laws (see our Privacy Policy for more details).

6. Event Requirements

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate space and power for the photo booth.
  • Access to the venue must be arranged in advance for setup and pack down.

7. Liability

  • Booth Me Up is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our equipment or services, except where required by law.
  • We take all reasonable care to deliver services safely and reliably.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
